When sleep is off, the whole house feels it. And the flood of conflicting sleep advice out there doesn’t help. One expert says to follow wake windows, another says watch for sleepy cues. Someone swears by early bedtimes, while your friend insists later is better.

That's why we built sleep plans. Expert guidance that starts with what's really happening in your home and adapts as your child grows.

Huckleberry’s sleep plans are designed by experts to give you a roadmap with weekly activities built for your child’s age, sleep patterns, and your parenting approach. You get structured guidance to work through your specific challenges, like night wakings, early mornings, or bedtime battles.

Each sleep plan starts with a detailed questionnaire about your child’s current sleep situation and goals. The strategies and logic behind every plan are created by our sleep consultants, and our system applies that expertise to build guidance specific to your family’s situation.

Your plan includes a sleep analysis, age-appropriate schedules (or gentle guidelines for newborns), and targeted strategies for your sleep priorities. When multiple factors are at play, we address them in the most effective order. The program is structured into weekly activities designed to help you make progress, with built-in FAQs and progress tracking along the way.

Premium members can request updated plans monthly as children grow and needs shift, ensuring you have relevant support through regressions, nap transitions, and new developmental stages. Sleep plans are designed for children from birth through age 5, with guidance that evolves with them.

Key benefit: Get expert sleep guidance without the traditional consultant price tag, personalized to your situation.

They address your specific situation, without generic advice

Sleep plans take into account what's happening in your home. Whether you're dealing with multiple night wakings, scheduling concerns, short naps, or just want to check in on healthy habits, your plan is built around your child's unique challenges and your family’s goals. We go beyond simple phrases like “drowsy but awake” to give you clear, step-by-step strategies. You get guidance that respects your parenting approach and your child's developmental readiness.

They give you a clear path through the overwhelm

When you're exhausted and searching for answers, conflicting advice from books, blogs, and well-meaning relatives can make things more complicated, if not worse. Huckleberry’s sleep plans cut through the noise and provide structured weekly activities designed to help you work toward your goals. You know exactly what to focus on each week, can track your progress along the way, and can reference our expert-vetted AI tool Berry and built-in FAQs to answer questions as they come up.

They adapt as your child grows

Just when you think you've figured out sleep, everything changes. That’s normal! As frustrating as it is, sleep isn’t typically linear. However, our sleep plans grow with your family — Premium members can request updated plans monthly to account for changing sleep needs or any new challenges that have popped up. Whether your child is navigating a regression, dropping a nap, or transitioning to a toddler bed, you can get fresh guidance that reflects their current stage. New plans may be informed by your tracking data and previous progress, so you're building on what's already working — and ditching what isn’t.

It brings expert support within reach

Cost is typically a barrier for many families seeking personalized sleep consultations. With sleep plans, you get the expertise of Huckleberry’s deeply vetted sleep consultants without the price barrier.

Sleep plans leverage and a proprietary algorithm. The customized recommendations in your child’s plan combine expert knowledge and insight with a review of your child's sleep data (total sleep, nap timing, night wakings, and more) and questionnaire responses. This combination means you get expert-level guidance shaped specifically for your family’s situation, instead of a one-size-fits-all approach.

Sleep plans are designed to reflect your child's current developmental stage with age-appropriate guidance. Newborns receive guidance around foundational sleep habits, babies 3-5 months get sample schedules to work toward, and children 6 months and older receive recommended schedules based on their specific sleep needs. Each plan also includes an explanation section that helps you understand the reason behind the guidance.

Start by logging at least 3 days of sleep in the Huckleberry app so we can see your child's current patterns. Then complete a detailed questionnaire about your sleep goals, challenges, parenting approach, and family preferences. This combination of data and context allows us to understand what's happening and what you're hoping to achieve.

You'll receive a sleep plan customized to your child. The plan will include a personalized sleep analysis, age-appropriate schedules or guidelines, and detailed strategies to help you tackle your child’s specific sleep issues.

Your child’s plan is structured into weekly (or multi-week) steps designed to help you reach your goals. Each step focuses on specific actions you can take, with progress tracking in the app to document improvements. Built-in FAQs answer common questions as you work through each section, so you have support when you need it. You can also chat with our expert-vetted AI chat Berry if you have additional questions or want to know more about the steps of your sleep plan.

As your child grows and their sleep changes, Premium members can request a new sleep plan monthly. Updated plans typically consider your previous progress and current tracking data, giving you fresh guidance that builds on what's already working for your family.

"I loved the detail[ed] recommendations along with explanations that were offered to us to help our son transition to independently sleep through the night. I love that they are gradual and easy to follow steps and not a drastic and painful method to teach your baby to sleep through the night. I would recommend this program to everyone. There’s nothing to lose but just hours of sleep to gain." Matteo’s Mom, Olga
