Kim is a Canadian dietitian who has taken her career abroad to the UK, Qatar, and Cyprus. After working clinically in acute care hospitals and specializing in neonatal and pediatric nutrition, she started freelancing and consulting in 2019. Kim now lives in a small village in Cyprus, where she has discovered a love of growing vegetables, caring for fruit trees, and raising chickens. She believes in food as nourishment, as well as a way to connect with the land, yourself, and others.
