Lauren has always had a passion for the early years. She has spent 15 years working in education and is a qualified primary school teacher. Lauren is a mummy to two young boys, and after experiencing countless sleepless nights and witnessing the magic of sleep coaches, it inspired her to become a sleep coach herself. She has also completed further training, so she can support children with Autism who are experiencing sleep challenges. She joined Huckleberry in 2024.
