Anna's Story
Why she became a sleep consultant
In 2020, the gymnastics gym where I worked closed, and I knew I wanted to find a way to continue working with families. Supporting children and parents had always been incredibly meaningful to me, and I knew I wanted my next chapter to center around that same connection.
Around that time, a colleague and one of my cousins — who live in different states and don’t know each other — both independently encouraged me to look into pediatric sleep consulting. I explored it once but didn’t find the right certification program, so I set the idea aside. Then, almost as if it were meant to be, both women reached out again around the same time and encouraged me to revisit it. That time, I found the perfect program and became a certified pediatric sleep consultant. I’ve never looked back!
"Sleep consulting has allowed me to continue doing what I love most — helping families — while reaching families across the United States and, through Huckleberry, around the world."
I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in families’ lives while also having the flexibility to be present for my own three daughters and not miss their childhood.
How we work with families
Evidence-based, not trend-based
Plans are backed by science and support is adapted to your child. Every recommendation is rooted in peer-reviewed pediatric sleep research.
Flexible, family-centered methods
There's no single approach for sleep. Our consultants work with your parenting values and comfort level, so the plan feels just right.
Education over prescription
We help you understand the plan, not just follow it. You get the "why" behind each step, so you can respond with confidence.
