Heidi's Story
Why she became a sleep consultant
After defending my dissertation when my oldest was 8 months old and going through yet ANOTHER sleep regression, I decided to look into infant sleep programs. I fell in love with the science of sleep and have applied everything I have learned to my own children and countless clients.
I love getting to know every baby I work with and tailoring the sleep plan to their needs. Not every baby is the same! And if you couldn't already tell, I am a bit of a nerd and love to learn. I had troubles feeding my twins and so, I also became an IBCLC.
As a last feather in my cap and in full transparency, I had PPA and PPD with all of my kids, so I took that experience and became a PMH-C. So many parents struggle with how they feel post birth and just parenting in 2026.
"I love being the sounding board to my patients, and being able to say, 'I have felt that and I have been right where you are, this is how we are going to move forward'."
I am thrilled to be working in a field that makes the transition to parenting easier for all parents.
How we work with families
Evidence-based, not trend-based
Plans are backed by science and support is adapted to your child. Every recommendation is rooted in peer-reviewed pediatric sleep research.
Flexible, family-centered methods
There's no single approach for sleep. Our consultants work with your parenting values and comfort level, so the plan feels just right.
Education over prescription
We help you understand the plan, not just follow it. You get the "why" behind each step, so you can respond with confidence.
