Shaye's Story
Why she became a sleep consultant
Seeing parents completely exhausted (myself absolutely included!) is truly what inspired this unique career path.
With my background as a family lawyer advocating for households navigating tough times, transitioning into pediatric sleep consulting felt like a natural extension of my desire to help families overcome burnout and find peace.
While legal work might seem non-traditional for this field, those years of dedicated problem-solving fit perfectly into creating compassionate and functional sleep solutions. This understanding of overwhelmed homes was also shaped by my own sweet child's sleep struggles, a challenge that turned into a success story once we found the right support.
"I feel grateful to use this unique blend of personal and professional experience to guide other families toward the restful nights they truly deserve. "
There is no greater reward than watching a family thrive and feeling so thankful that they allowed me to be a part of their journey.
How we work with families
Evidence-based, not trend-based
Plans are backed by science and support is adapted to your child. Every recommendation is rooted in peer-reviewed pediatric sleep research.
Flexible, family-centered methods
There's no single approach for sleep. Our consultants work with your parenting values and comfort level, so the plan feels just right.
Education over prescription
We help you understand the plan, not just follow it. You get the "why" behind each step, so you can respond with confidence.
