Allison's Story
Why she became a sleep consultant
For years, I struggled to find a sleep consultant who could help me support my adopted son's sleep. I needed someone who could help me bridge the gap between trauma-informed parenting and sleep science. When I couldn't find her, I began a pursuit to become her. Since 2021, I've supported over 2,000 families, many who have adopted or fostered children, through consultations, guides, and speaking events.
"My goal is always the same: empower parents to build their child's confidence, prioritize connection, and ultimately strengthen their relationship by getting everyone the rest they need!"
How we work with families
Evidence-based, not trend-based
Plans are backed by science and support is adapted to your child. Every recommendation is rooted in peer-reviewed pediatric sleep research.
Flexible, family-centered methods
There's no single approach for sleep. Our consultants work with your parenting values and comfort level, so the plan feels just right.
Education over prescription
We help you understand the plan, not just follow it. You get the "why" behind each step, so you can respond with confidence.
