Amber's Story
Why she became a sleep consultant
When my firstborn struggled with sleep as a baby, no one in my circle of family or friends really understood how awful the constant night wakings and short naps were, or how to fix them. I felt alone in it.
"So I threw myself into learning everything I could about infant sleep, and once I figured out how to solve his sleep issues, I knew I wanted to help other families too. I never want anyone to feel as alone in it as I did."
Every family deserves to feel heard, and to get their sleep back without the debilitating deprivation our family endured for so long.
How we work with families
Evidence-based, not trend-based
Plans are backed by science and support is adapted to your child. Every recommendation is rooted in peer-reviewed pediatric sleep research.
Flexible, family-centered methods
There's no single approach for sleep. Our consultants work with your parenting values and comfort level, so the plan feels just right.
Education over prescription
We help you understand the plan, not just follow it. You get the "why" behind each step, so you can respond with confidence.
