Autumn's Story
Why she became a sleep consultant
I’ve been fascinated by pediatric sleep since my first daughter was born in 2016. After struggling through her 4-month sleep progression and seeing how deeply sleep, or the lack of it, affected our whole family, I dove into the science of infant and child sleep and developed a plan that helped us all get the rest we needed.
When my second daughter was born, I used what I had learned to establish healthier sleep habits from the start, and I began helping friends and other families along the way. That experience ultimately led me to become a Certified Infant & Child Sleep Consultant.
"I know firsthand how confusing and exhausting sleep challenges can be, and I love helping families put the pieces together."
I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to sleep, and my goal is to provide practical guidance and support that works for your child and your family.
How we work with families
Evidence-based, not trend-based
Plans are backed by science and support is adapted to your child. Every recommendation is rooted in peer-reviewed pediatric sleep research.
Flexible, family-centered methods
There's no single approach for sleep. Our consultants work with your parenting values and comfort level, so the plan feels just right.
Education over prescription
We help you understand the plan, not just follow it. You get the "why" behind each step, so you can respond with confidence.
