Jaclyn's Story
Why she became a sleep consultant
For more than 15 years, I worked as a Special Education teacher, supporting children and families with a wide range of developmental, behavioral, and learning needs. I have always loved getting to know children as individuals, figuring out what makes them tick, and finding ways to help both the child and their family feel supported. I have also always been the person friends and family turn to for advice, encouragement, and a little troubleshooting, especially when it comes to their kids.
When I became a mom, that passion took on a whole new meaning. As our family grew and I became a mom of three, I found myself becoming more and more interested in infant and toddler sleep. What started as a passion project while I was navigating motherhood quickly became something I genuinely loved.
I was constantly talking to friends and family about sleep, supporting tired moms, sharing what I had learned, and helping parents feel a little less overwhelmed. The more families I helped, the more I realized this was something I wanted to pursue in a bigger way.
"Today, I am incredibly lucky that my passion project has become my career. I get to combine my background in education and child development with my experience as a mom and my love of supporting families."
I know firsthand how deeply a child's sleep can affect the entire family, and I love being the person in a tired parent's corner who can say, "I've got you."
How we work with families
Evidence-based, not trend-based
Plans are backed by science and support is adapted to your child. Every recommendation is rooted in peer-reviewed pediatric sleep research.
Flexible, family-centered methods
There's no single approach for sleep. Our consultants work with your parenting values and comfort level, so the plan feels just right.
Education over prescription
We help you understand the plan, not just follow it. You get the "why" behind each step, so you can respond with confidence.
