Rosalee's Story
Why she became a sleep consultant
My first daughter was impossible to get to sleep, and would wake every hour all. night. long. I wasn’t enjoying motherhood, and felt like a failure.
"Once we put the work into helping Sofia become an amazing sleeper, I became fascinated with sleep science."
As a result, when my second daughter came along, we were more well rested with two children than we had been with one!
How we work with families
Evidence-based, not trend-based
Plans are backed by science and support is adapted to your child. Every recommendation is rooted in peer-reviewed pediatric sleep research.
Flexible, family-centered methods
There's no single approach for sleep. Our consultants work with your parenting values and comfort level, so the plan feels just right.
Education over prescription
We help you understand the plan, not just follow it. You get the "why" behind each step, so you can respond with confidence.
