Tara's Story
Why she became a sleep consultant
After becoming a stay-at-home mom with my first daughter, I quickly learned just how exhausting life can be when your baby struggles to sleep. She was colicky and high-needs, and I spent my days trying to get her to nap and my evenings trying to get her to sleep and then was up with her multiple times throughout the night. I was exhausted, frustrated, and desperate for answers.
At the time, there were very few resources available, but I eventually discovered that sleep consultants existed and hired one to help my family.
That experience completely changed things for us. It also opened my eyes to a career I had never thought of. I went on to pursue the certification program taught by the consultant who helped us. What started from a very personal place has become a career I’m incredibly passionate about.
"I love being able to combine my background in teaching and child development with my experience as a mom to educate and empower parents."
There’s nothing more rewarding than helping an exhausted family get the sleep they need and watching how much more joy and confidence it brings to parenthood.
How we work with families
Evidence-based, not trend-based
Plans are backed by science and support is adapted to your child. Every recommendation is rooted in peer-reviewed pediatric sleep research.
Flexible, family-centered methods
There's no single approach for sleep. Our consultants work with your parenting values and comfort level, so the plan feels just right.
Education over prescription
We help you understand the plan, not just follow it. You get the "why" behind each step, so you can respond with confidence.
